Pergola on the Roof started as a unique pop-up eatery located on the top floor of a multi-storey car park in West London, featuring restaurants, bars, day beds and dining services, with spectacular views over the city.
The event needed a simple identity providing scope for the logo to adapt as the brand added new venues. In keeping with the Mediterranean aesthetic of the original venue, inspiration came from vintage French and Italian posters of the early 1900s. The colour palette offered the flexibility to allow additional venues to show their individual personality.
Open over the entire summer, the event attracted over 100,000 visitors throughout 2016 with Pergola’s list of venues since becoming some of the capital’s most popular places to eat and drink.
